Component Packaging maintains a clean and orderly operation in a 24,000 square foot, climate controlled facility. In our automated department 24 vibratory bowls and 6 bagging machines are used to expedite the process and minimize labor costs. Custom designed precision check weight instruments are an important part of the quality process. Every kit passes through at least one of these weight measurement devices. Experienced personnel in our Hand-Packaging department handle parts that can't be bagged through the automated process. Each finished kit is individually heat-sealed, inspected and check weighed.
